Handy accessories for your Aifcandles LED candles, such as a remote control, spare LED flame, or silicone ring.

Frequently Asked Questions about LED Accessories

What is the Silicone Ring for?

If the LED candle is too narrow for the candlestick, use this silicone ring. Place the ring around the bottom of the candle and carefully insert the candle into the candlestick. This will keep the candle stable and upright.

How does the remote control work?

Oyster decorations consist of real oyster shells that have been cleaned, polished, and carefully finished. They are used as natural home accessories — for example, on a table, in the bathroom, or on a dresser — to add a unique, luxurious touch to your interior.

Which LED candles can I use the remote control with?

Unfortunately, not all LED candles work with a remote control yet. If "RC" (for Remote Control) is in the title, the candle is suitable for remote control operation. This is also always clearly stated in the product description.

What is the LED Flame Loose for?

The LED flame loose is a replacement interior for your LED candle. This allows you to replace the inside of the candle without having to buy a completely new candle.

How do you replace the LED flame?

The exterior of the candle is made of real wax, while the inside with the flame is a removable mechanism. Carefully grasp the flame and pull it straight up out of the candle. Then carefully insert the new LED flame into the opening of the wax candle so that it is firmly back in place.

Do you also sell individual wax candle shells?

No, we only sell the separate LED flame. The wax exterior of the candle is not sold separately.

Is it useful to order an extra LED flame?

Yes, it can be useful to order an extra LED flame as a backup. This way, you can continue to use your LED candle when the internal part needs to be replaced.

Good to know: frequently pressing on the flame with your hands to turn the candle on or off can cause wear and tear over time. The LED flame is a mechanical component and can be damaged or broken by frequent pressing.

We therefore advise you to let the timer function do most of the work and to operate the flame manually as little as possible. If you want to turn the candle on and off more often without touching the flame, it is best to choose LED candles that are compatible with a remote control.

Does the LED flame work independently with the remote control?

Good to know:

The separate LED flame currently does not work with the Aifcandles remote control. This is not a defect, but a feature that is currently still under development.

We are working on offering a replaceable LED flame compatible with the remote control in the future. This way, you will soon be able to easily replace remote-compatible LED candles.

Until then, the separate LED flame only works with the timer function in the candle itself.
